Unit four, titled tipping point, is focused on the book written by Malcolm Gladwell's which has the same name.
The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference is the debut book by Malcolm Gladwell, first published by Little Brown in 2000. Gladwell defines a tipping point as "the moment of critical mass, the threshold, the boiling point". The book seeks to explain and describe the "mysterious" sociological changes that mark everyday life. As Gladwell states: "Ideas and products and messages and behaviors spread like viruses do". The examples of such changes in his book include the rise in popularity and sales of Hush Puppies shoes in the mid-1990s and the steep drop in New York City's crime rate after 1990. Taking this subject to compare with my life;
I Could relate two primordial moments in which greats changes appeared to, wich could be called tipping point. When I gave birth to my children were events that marked my life positively in a great way. From that moment I understood that I had a reason to fulfill my dreams and go ahead. Another fact that divided my life into a before and after, was to stop being police officer. This was something that I felt was holding me back, in both  the professional and moral ambit. Stay getting orders from people with less capacity than me, no preparation, dishonest people... it's frustrating. Due to this, to quit was to climb several steps in my life.
