Spiritual Renewal

Hi everyone!

This unit is about esperitual renewal, that can be defined as the process of growth and transformation into the image of God.

There are different way of replenish your soul or spirit.
Many people practice spiritual renewal by, fasting, spending time along, visiting spiritual communities, doing charity activities, and so on.

In my particular case, I'm not a very Christian person, but I respet the beliefs of others.

To replenish my soul, I fast just on holly week one morning, I pray to God two times a day every day, when I wake up and before I go to sleep, I try to be a good person and do the right things. That makes me feel good, and for me it is enough

The Bold and the Bashful

Hello, everyone, We all certainly have personality traits that distinguish us from each other. Unit three tells us about two very specific features, which are boldness and bashfulness. In my view, it is funny to see that people would talk about these two features as completely separated from each other to describe others. That is, I do not believe they can be used this way. We cannot use either of these adjectives to entirely describe a person because no one is one thing or the other in its entirety. That is to say, even the people you might consider that possess a great amount of boldness are somehow also bashful, and the same thing occurs with people who are bashful; they can also be bold depending on the circumstances. 🕊️Spiritual Renewal🕊️  Unit 6 ✝️To replenish my soul, to be closer to God, walk with him, and lead a better life you have to read or study the Bible, and when you do it, ask God to give you the wisdom to understand it, to understand the message, you can learn a verse each week or each month, You can make "cilicios" and fast, people do not like to fast or sometimes time is not enough, as we saw in unit 6. If they knew how important it is to fast, that it can help them both in the physical and spiritual lives, They did it; but the best thing of all is to pray, to connect with God, humble yourself before God, Tell him what is happening to you, talk to him, and don't be proud, be humble.✝️ Finally I want to share with you a link or a video about the prayer.
