Ollenny Berroa

         Good afternoon everyone, my name is ollenny Berroa I am from Hato Mayor Del Rey. I have been studying foreign languages at UASD since 2012 and currently, I am working as an English teacher at a public school in Hato Mayor.

    I am the third baby of my parents we are five children( four girls and a boy)my brother and I are like the black sheeps of the house but not because our behavior(we are good guys) but because we are black and the rest of us are white.

    On the other hand, I love reading and listening to music, since I started to study English I began to listen to music in English my family uses to say I am going to become crazy because I can spend the whole day listening to music and singing aloud.

    What I expect from this class is to learn a lot from all of you and I am anxious to practice my English and develop my skills( I hope you Don't get bored with my writings).

The Bold and the Bashful

Hello, everyone, We all certainly have personality traits that distinguish us from each other. Unit three tells us about two very specific features, which are boldness and bashfulness. In my view, it is funny to see that people would talk about these two features as completely separated from each other to describe others. That is, I do not believe they can be used this way. We cannot use either of these adjectives to entirely describe a person because no one is one thing or the other in its entirety. That is to say, even the people you might consider that possess a great amount of boldness are somehow also bashful, and the same thing occurs with people who are bashful; they can also be bold depending on the circumstances. 🕊️Spiritual Renewal🕊️  Unit 6 ✝️To replenish my soul, to be closer to God, walk with him, and lead a better life you have to read or study the Bible, and when you do it, ask God to give you the wisdom to understand it, to understand the message, you can learn a verse each week or each month, You can make "cilicios" and fast, people do not like to fast or sometimes time is not enough, as we saw in unit 6.
